Will you tell me what stocks to buy?

No. Tier 1 teaches the framework — public filings, float math, pattern recognition, risk scoring. We never give specific buy or sell instructions. That isn't what RSRC is.

I'm a complete beginner. Will I be lost?

Module 0 starts at the absolute basics. If you've used a brokerage app once, you'll be fine. If you haven't, you'll be fine after Module 0.

How long does it take to finish?

Plan on 3–5 hours per week to move through the modules. Some students finish in two weeks, others in three months. Lifetime access either way.

Do I need to be a US resident?

No. The course content uses US securities markets and SEC filings as the example, but the framework concepts (float, dilution, patterns, risk scoring) apply globally.
